VALLEY HEALTH TEAM: To provide accessible, comprehensive, quality Primary Care, Dental, Optometric and Ancillary services to the residents of San Joaquin, Kerman and other surrounding rural communities of western Fresno County in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, irrespective of their ability to pay.

CLINICA SIERRA VISTA: To provide high quality and comprehensive primary and preventative health care services at the most efficient cost to the underserved populations of Kern, Fresno and Inyo counties regardless of ability to pay, and to seek necessary resources to meet the growing health care demands while maintaining the corporation's financial integrity. We strongly believe in everyone's right to quality health care; therefore, no one is denied services based on race, religion, ethnicity, sex, age, disability or economic status.
