Welcome to Fresno HCAP's Website Fresno Healthy Communities Access Partners (FHCAP) is a six year old nonprofit organization consisting of eleven health care and community organizations working together to improve access to health care for medically underserved communities in Fresno and the San Joaquin Valley.
